About Tour Discounts for Groups
Which Tours do these savings apply to?
The group discount applies to any of our Escorted Group Tours, including those already discounted — this saving applies on top. Your group all need to be travelling on the same tour on the same date to get the discount.
What counts as the "number of people" to get the group discounts?
The number of people who travel, both adults and children combined. Extra people can join later, and if that pushes you over the limit to a cheaper rate then your tour price would drop to that new lower rate.
What discounts do children receive?
The group discount applies to the base price of the tour. Children receive a 10% discount off adult prices. So, if a tour's normal price was €1000, then the group discount rate for a group of 8 would be €900 per adult, and children then receive a further 10% off so would pay €810 per child.
Does everyone have to book at the same time?
No. Extra people can join later. If you are booking later and joining someone else's group, just make sure that you let us know when booking that you are part of that group, and we'll make sure you get the group discount rate.
Do we all have to pay together as one?
No. Your group members can book individually and manage their own payments.
When does the discount get applied?
In our booking system you'll see the group rate if you book all together. However, if you are adding on to someone else's group later on, just add a note in the booking form when you fill it out and we'll apply the group discount on our end before you have to pay. Groups still pay the normal deposit rate, then the balance would be adjusted to reflect the group discount.
Can I combine group discounts with other offers?
The group discount is applied on top of any offers currently displayed in the price list (such as the 4th July, Labor Day or Early Bird offers). However, it cannot be combined with any other offers such as individual promo codes or multi-tour discounts.
What if my group grows after booking?
If your group grows and reaches a higher tier (even after you've paid the balance), we will apply the larger discount and refund each member the difference!
What if group members cancel?
If people in your group cancel, and do not travel, then you could lose your group discount and would need to pay the normal rate for your new smaller group size.

Christ Church Cathedral, founded by the Viking King Sitric almost 1000 years ago in 1034. The cathedral crypt is one of the largest in the UK and Ireland, dating back to the 12th Century. Guinness is more than just a brand, indeed, more than just a beer. And that's not just for the Irish, but for the many millions of Guinness-drinkers worldwide. The site of the brewery itself is massive, at a staggering 26 hectares, but it will be the old grain storehouse that you visit. Shaped like a giant pint of the black stuff, this most popular of Dublin attractions towers over the surrounding neighbourhoods, with the top-floor Gravity Bar offering a delightful panorama across the Dublin cityscape which can only be enhanced by a well-earned pint to cap-off your visit.
Holyrood Palace, officially known as The Palace of Holyroodhouse is located at the opposite end of The Royal Mile from Edinburgh Castle. It is the official residence of the British Royal Family, and is often the setting for state occasions in the area. It has been the main residence of the Kings and Queens of Scots since the 16th century.
Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum was opened in 1901 having been partly funded by the proceeds of the International Exhibition, held in the area in 1888. Kelvingrove Park, where the gallery stands, is situated near the campus of the University of Glasgow. After a 3 year closure for refurbishments, the gallery was reopened in 2006 by Queen Elizabeth II.
